Made for scooters, Castrol Activ Scooter 4T 10W-30 Engine Oil is a 10W-30 grade available in Bangladesh. Check model, viscosity and pack size as a set when comparing it with other oils.
This 1L Activ Scooter 10W-30 is meant specifically for scooters. Its JASO MB rating is what sets it apart from the similarly named Activ 4T 10W-30 for motorcycles.
According to Castrol's scooter reference, it meets API SN and JASO MB and is not for motorcycles with a wet clutch. Getting the viscosity right won't make up for the wrong friction specification.
The SAE hot-viscosity class of 10W-30 is 30; its 10W part describes how the oil behaves when cold, not the engine's capacity. Same brand or not, a 10W-40 belongs to another hot-viscosity class.
One litre is what you get in this bottle. That figure is not how much your engine takes: a routine refill, a change with a new filter and a fully dry engine all need different amounts, so go by the quantity in your own manual.
If your scooter needs JASO MB, look for the MB mark on the bottle you receive. Never put an MB oil into a wet-clutch motorcycle that specifies MA or MA2 — a matching SAE grade doesn't change that.
