Here the mineral AX5 formula is offered in grade 50. If your service book says 10W-30, hot weather on its own is no reason to switch to this bottle.
Shell equips AX5 with Active Cleansing Technology, aimed at stopping dirt particles from forming deposits. API SL and JASO MA appear in the global reference; check the local bottle for any MA2 claim.
Grade 50 at temperature separates 20W-50 from 30- and 40-grade oils. Heavier oil is not by itself better for the engine: pick it when the handbook allows 20W-50 and the required standard is on the bottle.
You get 1 Litre in this pack. That figure is not how much your engine takes: a routine change, a change with a new filter and a dry-engine fill can all differ, so measure to your exact manual.
Check two things against your manual first: the API service level and the JASO clutch rating printed on the bottle. Then keep to its change interval, including the severe-use schedule if you ride short hops or sit in heavy traffic.
