GripBlack sells genuine motorcycle helmets, riding and rain wear, engine oil, spare parts and accessories across Bangladesh, both online and from our shop. You'll find our contact details at the foot of this page.

Every item we stock is original, sourced from the brand itself or its authorised distributor. If anything we sold you turns out to be fake, you get your money back in full.

We try hard to keep descriptions accurate. Photos are a guide only; on-screen colours can differ a little, and makers sometimes change packaging without warning.

Fitment: before ordering parts or accessories, compare the “Fits” list with your bike model, or simply ask us. We can't take responsibility for items bought for a model that isn't listed.

• Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). You'll see the delivery charge at checkout before confirming your order.
• Promotional prices are valid only for the period displayed, and offers can't be stacked unless we say so.
• If an obvious pricing mistake slips through, we'll call you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm by phone, SMS or email. We can turn down or cancel an order — say, because stock has run out, a price was wrong, or the order appears fraudulent — and any money paid is refunded in full.

Please provide your correct name, a phone number we can reach, and a complete address. If cash-on-delivery parcels are refused again and again without good reason, we may require advance payment on later orders.

Certain out-of-stock items are open for pre-order. The arrival date on the product page is our best estimate. If the item isn't delivered within the promised time, you can cancel and have any advance refunded in full within 10 days.

• Pay cash on delivery, or pay in advance via bKash, Nagad or Rocket (use Send Money to the number displayed at checkout, then type in the Transaction ID), and, where available, by card or mobile banking through SSLCommerz. Prepaid orders are confirmed once the payment checks out. At our shop you can pay with cash, bKash, Nagad or card.
• Online payments happen on the provider's own secure page. We will never ask for your PIN or OTP — don't give them to anyone who phones pretending to be GripBlack.
• Each order comes with an invoice, and its QR code pulls up the invoice online.

Our courier partners deliver throughout Bangladesh. Usual timeframes are listed on the website (generally 1–2 days within Dhaka and 2–4 days elsewhere).

Prepaid orders follow the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021: courier handover within 48 hours, delivery within 5 days in the same city or 10 days in other areas, otherwise a full refund within 10 days. If something beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, blocked roads) causes a delay, we'll keep you informed.

Warranty follows each brand's own policy, as shown on the product page or packaging. Please keep your invoice safe.

Stay safe out there. Pick the right helmet size and buckle the strap every single ride. After a crash or hard knock, replace the helmet even if it seems undamaged. Use the oil grade and service schedule given in your bike's manual.

As Bangladeshi law requires, we stand behind our products matching their description and working for their ordinary purpose. We can't be held liable for losses arising from wrong installation, misuse, accidents, or using an item for something it wasn't designed for. These terms do not reduce any right you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

The words, images, logos and design on this site are owned by GripBlack or the relevant brands, and must not be reused commercially without our consent. Please don't abuse the site — for instance by submitting fake orders, attempting to reach non-public areas, or harvesting it with automated tools.

Bangladeshi law governs these terms. We'll always aim to resolve any issue with you directly first. You also have the option of complaining to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP). Legal proceedings fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

These terms may be revised now and then. Each order is governed by the version that was in effect when it was placed.
